Terms & Conditions

1. Prices are ex-works.
2. GST will be charged extra as applicable.
3. Free delivery is available for all orders of ₹25,000/- and above (excluding GST).
4. Orders below ₹25,000/- will attract delivery charges at actuals.
5. Transit insurance, if required, will be arranged and paid for by the buyer.
6. Payment Terms: 100% advance payment at the time of placing the order (Website Orders Only).
7. All weights, dimensions, capacities, quantities, and other specifications provided by the company are approximate only.
8. Product contents may differ from the illustrations shown.
9. Subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Your Right to Cancel

To request a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Once notified, the goods must be returned within 14 days.

Condition of Returned Goods

• All goods must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
• Products must not show signs of usage such as cooking marks, scratches, or any other damage.
• We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if the value of goods has reduced due to unnecessary handling.
• Customers are strongly advised to obtain proof of postage or courier receipt while returning items.

Return Shipping / Courier Charges

Customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of return shipping or courier charges.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If the goods received are faulty, damaged, or not as described, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

• If a fault is identified within 30 days of receipt, the customer is eligible for a full refund.
• Once the fault is verified, an appropriate resolution (repair, replacement, or refund) will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

Clearance items or products sold at discounted prices are non-returnable unless found faulty.
