Founded in Pune, India in 1994, Chef Set Housewares Pvt Ltd was established following the success of the company’s UK operations, Chef Set Ltd.

Initially operating as an international sourcing office, the business expanded into full-scale manufacturing by 1996 to support growing demand across the UK and export markets.

A key stage in the company’s growth was its investment in semi-automated manufacturing, enabling increased production capacity, improved operational efficiency, and consistent product quality across international supply markets. Specialising in stainless steel impact bonded cookware, the company developed advanced manufacturing capabilities to produce both own-brand and private label products for international customers.
