Free next working day delivery, when you order before 2pm England, Scotland (Mainland) and Wales. For deliveries to Northern or Southern Ireland please contact our sales team on +44 121 3566858.
- Free delivery for all orders £200 and over (ex. VAT).
Order before 2 pm Monday - Thursday for same day dispatch. - Order by 2 pm on Friday for Monday delivery. Please note that Friday orders do not guarantee Saturday delivery.
- Deliveries may require a signature.
- Age restricted items will include a proof of age ID check before items are sent out. We will not deliver age restricted items to those under the age of 18 years old.
- £10 carriage charge excl. VAT on orders below £200 will be applied.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Your Rights to Cancel
To request a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Once notified, you have 14 days to return the goods.

Condition of Returned Items
All items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. For cookware and kitchen accessories, this means items must not show signs of use such as cooking marks, scratches, or other damage.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning items to protect yourself in case of loss.
Return Shipping / Courier Options
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
Alternatively, we can arrange collection via our courier for a £10 carriage fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that the original delivery charge is non-refundable.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. If preferred, we can issue the refund as store credit to your Shopify account.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If the goods you receive are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
If a fault is identified within 30 days of receipt, you are entitled to a full refund.
We will arrange collection or return of faulty goods at no cost to you. Where a fault is confirmed, you will receive a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Clearance items or items sold at a discount
These items cannot be returned unless faulty.
